Get SKINNY for the Summer - Dinner Recipe

In being chosen for a 12 week clinical study with Nutrilite, I had the privilege of learning first hand how to eat properly, supplement properly and incorporate a realistic exercise program for me. While a part of the program I lost 20 pounds (and found out I was also 10 weeks pregnant). A year after giving birth to Tyler Junior, I not only lost all of the baby weight, but ended up being down 35 pounds in all! From about 160 to 125, a size 12 cloths to a size 4, I was extremely happy about the LIFE-LONG lessons I learned & still incorporate every day! Here is just ONE of my favorite recipes! It's a great one for the summer. Healthy, filling & easy to clean up! Try it & enjoy!
